Here's what Rory Best's arm looks like following surgery

Painful, we’re going to say painful.

TWO DAYS AFTER breaking the radial bone in his arm during Ireland’s defeat at the hands of the All Blacks, Rory Best took to twitter to thank the hospital staff who looked after him before, during and after his surgery on the injury.

He also tweeted a picture of his post-op x-ray.

So that’s what having a metal plate and screws in your arm looks like:
